At Fxprisma, our return and refund policy applies exclusively to software and Expert Advisors (EAs) that are non-functional or expired. By purchasing our products, you agree to adhere to the terms outlined in this policy.

Eligibility for Refund or Exchange

  • Refunds are considered only after our technical team verifies the issue with the product.
  • A proof of purchase (receipt) is mandatory to process any claim.
  • Refunds or exchanges are applicable if:
    • The EA/Robot is found to be non-functional, expired, or contains programming errors when used on MT4/MT5 platforms.
    • The issue is reported and validated by our technical team.
  • If eligible, you may choose between a refund or an exchange for a product of equal value.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Fully functional software and EAs that operate on MT4/MT5 platforms.
  • Items on sale or gift cards.

Refund Process

  1. Once we receive your claim, the product will be inspected by our team.
  2. You will be notified about the approval or denial of your refund based on the evidence provided.
  3. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
