Eligibility for Refund or Exchange
- Refunds are considered only after our technical team verifies the issue with the product.
- A proof of purchase (receipt) is mandatory to process any claim.
- Refunds or exchanges are applicable if:
- The EA/Robot is found to be non-functional, expired, or contains programming errors when used on MT4/MT5 platforms.
- The issue is reported and validated by our technical team.
- If eligible, you may choose between a refund or an exchange for a product of equal value.
Non-Returnable Items
- Fully functional software and EAs that operate on MT4/MT5 platforms.
- Items on sale or gift cards.
Refund Process
- Once we receive your claim, the product will be inspected by our team.
- You will be notified about the approval or denial of your refund based on the evidence provided.
- If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
