Refund and Return Policy


We have a conditional return and refund policy for Software/ Expert advisors that are not working or expired.

To be eligible for a return, out team well verify your claim . You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like working software and EAs that has no issues on MT4/MT5 platform, we are not responsible for the Robot performance. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
We can exchange your EAs if it’s verified by our team that it’s not working, then you will have option to get a refund or exchange it with same price value.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
